US SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. 

We're sorry we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  

Please note we do not cover lost or stolen items by shipping company. Tracking will be emailed to the customer when item is shipped. It is the customers responsibility to track items and monitor delivery. A wrong address provided by customer may result in the order getting shipped back to us. If that happens the customer will be responsible for all back and forth shipping charges.

Sorry, at this time we do not have international shipping. We are working to change this.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade quality of our products, you may find variations. 

We’re sorry to hear it didn’t work out! If you would like to return an item you have 7 days from the date the item was delivered to contact us via email for a refund and must send the item back within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost if item is received within 14 days. After the 14 days time period, the customer will also have to pay a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the item. Please note that the item must be returned in exactly the same condition as it was received. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the order date.

All requests must be made via email. Customers cannot make requests via social media. In the unlikely event, a product you received was damaged or broken during transit, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item for you to keep that smile on your face. 

SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 

SALE/PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Price adjustments cannot be offered for items that go on sale after your purchase.  
Items listed with .99c at the end are final sale and cannot be returned. 

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being handmade.

Please be aware that wood and metal naturally have variations. Not every piece is the same. Wood may have knots, wood grain and natural imperfections.

All items are hand painted and therefore there may be minor chips, smudges, and imperfections in your paint which adds to the handmade character of the piece. 

 

Care for your new product(s) by:

* Using a gentle duster or cleaning product safe for wood, metal or glass, depending on your product,  to clean your item.

*Your product(s) can be damaged if it is dropped or bumped hard, too much pressure is applied, or is scratched. If the customer breaks a part of a product and needs a replacement piece please contact us via email and we can give you a cost with shipping for that specific piece. 

* Our products are meant to be outdoors temporarily, or kept indoors out of the weather and sun as over extended periods of time, wood and metal can fade, rust or crack or rot.
